Part-Time Finance Manager (Hybrid)
We're looking for a hands-on and dependable Part-Time Finance Manager to support our growing F&B business. If you're someone who enjoys keeping finances organised, managing payments accurately, and working independently, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Manage the company's accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Assist with procurement by coordinating purchases, comparing quotations, and maintaining supplier records
- Prepare payment schedules and liaise with management on payment approvals
- Ensure accurate GST recording, filing, and compliance with IRAS requirements
- Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and key balance sheet accounts
- Support month-end closing and prepare month-end financial reports
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth purchasing and finance processes
- Assist with other finance and administrative duties as required
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore GST regulations and compliance
- Experience handling supplier payments and procurement processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong integrity and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days working from home, 1 day working on-site
