In a context of growth in our activities in the banking sector, we are looking for a Resource Manager to support our teams in the management and optimization of resources. As a key interface between employees, managers, and commercial teams, you play a central role in the adequacy between available skills and project needs, at the heart of the transformation challenges of the banking sector.

Piloting staffing and resources:

- Ensure the follow-up of consultants in intermission and pilot the associated action plans
- Identify and qualify the available skills, particularly on retail banking, banking financing and investment (BFI), and payment methods expertise
- Accompany teams in the search for profiles adapted to client opportunities
- Participate in the arbitration of assignments by reconciling business issues, skills, and employee aspirations
- Lead staffing reviews and maintain a consolidated view of availability Support to business teams in banking
- Contribute to the responses to client needs in relation to the challenges of the banking sector (digital transformation, regulation, data, customer experience) - Understand the expectations of missions in a banking environment to propose the most relevant profiles
- Participate in the optimization of the activity rate on projects with high added value Coordination and cross-functional management
- Coordinate exchanges between managers, commercial teams, recruiters, and stakeholders in the banking sector
- Follow recruitment needs in line with market trends (risk, compliance, IT banking, data) - Produce and analyze performance indicators (staffing rate, intercontract, activity forecasts) - Contribute to the continuous improvement of resource management processes By joining us, you will benefit from the following advantages:

You are a graduate with a Bac + 5 in commerce, communication, ideally with experience in the IT sector.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ESN, consulting firm, or service company
- Good understanding of staffing issues
- Knowledge of the banking sector (organization, business, products, transformation challenges) - Interest in issues related to the transformation of the banking sector (regulation, digitalization, data, payments) - Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Sense of organization, rigor, and reactivity
