Penbrothers is seeking an Invoicing & Billing Specialist who will manage end-to-end invoicing, billing, payment follow-up and vendor invoice administration.
You will collaborate with customers, vendors, project operations and the finance team to ensure invoices are issued accurately, payments are collected promptly, purchase orders are managed efficiently, and all financial records remain up to date. Strong finance operations knowledge and excellent communication are essential.
