Role Description
This full-time Financial Services Professional role is a hybrid position based in Salem, OR, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and develop personalized strategies for insurance, investments, and retirement planning. You will provide ongoing financial guidance, review and adjust plans as clients’ needs change, and help them navigate key life milestones.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting and networking to build a client base, preparing financial illustrations and proposals, maintaining accurate client records, and staying current with industry regulations and product offerings. Collaboration with internal specialists and participation in training and development programs are also integral to the role.
