Join our dynamic Consumer Direct team as a mortgage banker. This role focuses primarily on refinancing, using bank‑provided leads and a standardized sales process, with no requirement to generate your own business. You will be supported by experienced operations and processing teams to ensure efficient loan closings.

• Utilize bank‑provided leads and the sales process to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Leverage a wide array of loan programs and aggressive underwriting to offer the best options to clients.
• Focus primarily on refinance initiatives with no requirement for self‑generated business.
• Benefit from support of operations, processing, compliance, and closing teams.

• Competitive lead‑based compensation model.
• All costs for credit pulls, CRM tools, and marketing covered.
• Originate loans across all 50 states, avoiding state licensing hurdles.
• Experienced operations staff specializing in processing, underwriting, compliance, and closing.
• Quick turnaround – aim to close loans in under 30 days.
• Access to 40+ investors and direct selling to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae.
• Flexible working environment: secure work from home or office.

• Minimum of one year mortgage lending experience in a call center or consumer‑direct setting.
• Active NMLS number.
• Strong goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting financial targets.
• Excellent time‑management and disciplined lead‑management skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication to collaborate with all bank departments.
• In‑depth knowledge of current loan originating guidelines and procedures.
• Positive credit and background check results.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with VA and FHA lending strongly preferred.
• Veterans encouraged.
• Established mortgage professionals with at least one year of active experience.
