Client Service Associate| Multi Family Office | SF Bay Area

Responsibilities

+ Support senior team members on client service and operations

+ Lead onboarding, including account setup and documentation

+ Manage investment ops: private investments, subscriptions, redemptions, portfolio maintenance

+ Coordinate tax workflows with external providers

+ Process capital calls, wires, and time-sensitive transactions

+ Maintain KYC, compliance, and CRM accuracy

+ Support reporting, financial admin, and document management

+ Liaise with clients and advisors to ensure smooth execution

+ Improve processes and support tech-enabled workflows

Requirements

+ 2-5+ years of experience in wealth management, supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients and complex financial relationships

+ Strong operational and organizational skills with high attention to detail

+ Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments

+ Strong communication and professional presence

+ Entrepreneurial, growth-minded, and team-oriented

+ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred);
Addepar a plus

+ Strong Excel and technical proficiency
