Overview
The Equipment Leasing Analyst role supports the equipment finance team by preparing financing and leasing quotes, reviewing documentation, and handling a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in equipment financing or leasing and thrives in a deadline-driven setting, working behind the scenes to support internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Review and process incoming finance requests from an internal queue and shared inbox.
- Prepare financing and leasing quotes for sales representatives across multiple locations.
- Review lease and finance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize internal systems, web-based vendor portals, and quoting tools to generate financing proposals.
- Compare financing options and interest rates from multiple lending sources.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the quoting process.
- Respond to a high volume of email requests while managing competing priorities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide timely and accurate financing information.
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support continuous process improvements and other finance-related projects as needed.
- 2–3 years of experience in equipment finance, equipment leasing, commercial lending, or a related finance role.
- Experience reviewing financial and leasing documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to respond professionally to internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Experience using finance or quoting systems is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Team player who enjoys supporting internal customers.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn proprietary systems and processes.
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 annually. Hybrid work arrangement.

Location:
