Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Financial Advisor / Consultant
Overview

This position is with an Ameriprise Financial Franchise owner. The role supports a fast-paced financial planning team by assisting in daily business functions, delivering a remarkable client experience, and helping the team operate smoothly.
Responsibilities- 50% Client Service / Business Management:
Prepare and ensure financial advisors’ new business paperwork processes are completed, including preparing forms, obtaining signatures, and tracking new business. Maintain ongoing client contact with quarterly service calls. Communicate issues with service, technology, or partners to the advisor and provide feedback to Home Office contacts to resolve as needed. Follow-up with clients and Home Office on related issues. Prepare cases for client visits.
Track key client-related processes to ensure completion by due date. - 50% Administrative:
Lead ad-hoc projects as needed or assigned by leaders and advisors. Process mail and funds compliantly. Greet clients, answer phones and text messages, schedule client appointments, and maintain the team calendar. Process business applications through internal systems. Make brief notes in CRM concerning client calls, follow-ups, and tasks. Assist with various daily tasks and communicate issues to leaders with actionable feedback.
