Position: Senior Compliance Officer Remote at Nuvei
Elevate compliance governance with Nuvei as a Senior Compliance Officer for North America, working remotely. Drive oversight of AML/ATF programs and regulatory compliance across the U.S. and Canada.

In this key regulatory position, you will support Nuvei’s compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act and other financial regulations. With significant experience in regulatory compliance, you will oversee a dedicated team addressing AML monitoring, suspicious activity investigations, and ACH compliance.

Your role will contribute to maintaining robust compliance programs and facilitate effective regulatory engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support AML/ATF compliance programs across North America

• Serve as BSA/AML Compliance Officer for U.S. entities

• Lead investigations and suspicious activity reporting frameworks

• Develop compliance reporting for senior management

• Monitor regulatory developments in the U.S. and Canada

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in regulatory compliance or related role

• Strong experience in financial services regulation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Professional compliance certifications preferred

• Proficient in English for effective communication
