The Federal Savings Bank is seeking experienced Mortgage Bankers to grow relationships with realtors and builders nationwide. You will originate loans, leverage a strong referral network, and work with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to close loans efficiently.
Minimum of 3 years in mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking is required, with a track record of three or more new purchase loans per month and thorough knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
