Position: Director of Finance Operations Hybrid Role
Lead transformative finance initiatives with Central 1 as a Director of Finance Operations in a hybrid environment. Spearhead the optimization of Workday and build high-performing finance systems.

In this role, you will drive strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations and systems, including Workday and Adaptive. With over 10 years of experience in finance systems implementations, your expertise will define roadmaps that support operational excellence and growth. As a leader, you will manage a skilled team, optimize automated workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define roadmap for Workday and finance systems

• Drive finance transformation and simplification initiatives

• Champion AI and advanced analytics for forecasting

• Lead cross-functional projects to streamline operations

• Ensure adoption of new technologies and processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Workday and finance systems

• Proven record in finance systems transformations

• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes and reporting

• Experience with data governance and system integrations

• Skilled in leading high-performing teams
