Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll provide seamless support to financial advisors and their clients, helping to manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience.

Deliver exceptional personalized service so clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process, assisting in strategy development for the upcoming year

Role Requirements
Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with clients, referrals, and support team members.
Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests under the advisor’s direction; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and update SOPs.
Technology:
Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Compensation
Human‑centered approach with discretionary and variable compensation based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance.
Proposed range listed is a subset of total pay; merit‑based salary increases are available as you progress in the BOA role.
