Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll provide seamless support to financial advisors and their clients, helping to manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. This role offers a dynamic environment and growth opportunities.

- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with clients, referrals, and support team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests under the advisor’s direction; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and update SOPs. - Technology:
Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
