This role provides the opportunity to work remotely while interacting with clients to assess their investment needs. As a key representative, you will advise on wealth strategies, ensure compliance, and actively engage with clientele to achieve sales goals. Your insights into market trends will play a vital role in shaping customer interactions and driving satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on investment products and strategies
• Serve customer inquiries and fulfill service requests promptly
• Monitor industry trends to inform client discussions
• Complete required documentation post-interaction
• Refer complex issues to senior managers as needed
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of investment experience desired
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with BMO Investment services
• Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) preferred
