As a Middle Office Services Specialist within the PNC Private Bank organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Grand Rapids, MI, Louisville, KY, Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL, Denver, CO, San Diego, CA, Phoenix, AZ, or potentially any other Private Bank hub location.

The Middle Office Service Specialist will be the loan coordinator for the PNC Private Bank team. They will be responsible for managing the loan process from application to booking. There may be some client interaction. The Middle Office Service Specialist will work with banking advisors and partner with underwriting, doc prep, booking, and funding teams.

Ideal candidate will have lending experience. Knowledge of the lending processes is highly preferred.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description
  • Under limited guidance, completes a variety of highly technical, complex, client transactions. Reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identifies and manages risk, involving external and internal counsel as needed and other business units throughout PNC.
  • Meets directly with clients and internal and external partners to address and resolve various matters relating to client requests.
  • Serves as point person for all internal partners on all matters pertaining to the middle-office processes for complex client requests.
  • Actively seeks out and engages in continuing education to support skill-building and development of overall knowledge.
