Your Responsibilities:

• Financial Governance & Budget Tracking:
  You manage end-to-end budget governance, track financial performance, and analyze monthly variances against deployment project delivery progress.
• Procurement & Fiscal Compliance:
  You control the PO/GR/invoice lifecycle, ensure accurate GR bookings for timely fiscal year closure, and mitigate risks of unplanned carry-over, overspend, or under spend.
• Cross-Market Alignment:
  You partner with cross-market Delivery Heads, Technology, Finance, and Program Delivery teams to maintain clear budget alignment and cost controls.
• Vendor Performance & Reporting:
  You track vendor financial performance, report cost-related KPIs, and guarantee top-tier accuracy across financial dashboards and audit trails.
• Process Optimization:
  You drive continuous improvements across budget governance workflows and financial control systems.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background:
  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field with budget management background.
• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  Several years of experience in telecom project finance, controlling, and operations governance (Tower Co experience preferred).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Expert understanding of telecom deployment financial flows (POs, GRs, invoicing) and proficiency with tools like SAP, TIMS, or other financial platforms.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Exceptional analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to translate financial insights into operational guidance.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 CEFR level);
  German skills are an advantage.

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf, Germany with trips to operational markets (Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic additionally to Germany).
