Job Title

Mercedes-Benz Banking Service GmbH is looking for a team member for the Security Management team. The role involves handling requests from customers, sellers, other departments, advisors, or third parties related to private and commercial financing/leasing contracts and dealer financing during the contract term, as well as managing activities related to the administration of vehicle registration certificates.

Your contributions will include:

• Administration of vehicle registration documents for our leasing and financing business
• Management of logistical processes during and after the contract term
• Processing of error and quality reports
• Systematic assignment of credit securities to contracts based on re-financing or contract amendments
• Processing of reminder lists and correspondence to the relevant parties
• Creation of vehicle registration certificates for the German market
• Individual processing of urgent logistics activities outside the standard
• Support in the onboarding of new employees
