Support & Training- Comprehensive 6-month training, including an experienced peer as mentor.

Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams. - Account Management
:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records. - Administrative & Operational Support
:
Work independently at the advisor’s direction. Manage scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing on the branch business plan. - Technology
:
Demonstrate strong computer literacy and be willing to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm-provided software.
