As an Edward Jones financial advisor you’ll develop and grow your own practice, supported by a dedicated branch team, home‑office team, and a regional network.

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high‑quality client experience that meets firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan and increase effectiveness.
• Create a highly engaging environment of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
• Professional and/or military career progression.

• SIE (required). Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not registered, registrations can be obtained at Edward Jones during paid study.
• FINRA registrations required within three months.
• State insurance licenses required.
• Ongoing training, SEC and FINRA required CE training to maintain licenses.

Compensation includes trainee pay, supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets during the first five years. Supplemental starting salary range: $45,000 - $100,000.
