Sr. Financial Analyst; FP&A

• Identify the business analytics that drive business performance and develop financial analyses to support decisions in specified areas.
• Use Business Intelligence toolsets (SAP, Qlik View, PowerBI, One Stream, etc.) to increase reporting efficiency and maintain consistency in datasets for expanded reporting capabilities.
• Provide recommendations that drive sound business decisions.
• Influence the organization, directly and indirectly, by telling the story behind the numbers.
• Engage with others across the organization to challenge the status quo and develop the best solutions.
• Drive standardization and best practices across the given areas of responsibility.
• Analyze business performance, communicate findings effectively, and provide recommendations to business partners.
• Prepare comprehensive standard reports that highlight key business insights and drive action.
• Drive processes within the organization, such as annual plans, ongoing forecasts, and long‑range plans, through strong working relationships with key business partners.
• Review and analyze data across a wide breadth of areas including capital expenditures, working capital, product development (ROI), asset/liability management, product pricing, profitability, and cost‑center expenses.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (advanced degrees and professional certifications preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role; strong analytical, accounting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Broad experience in planning, budgeting, and accounting.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for teamwork and influential leadership.
• Curious, self‑starter with a continuous‑improvement mindset and a drive to streamline and improve processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong experience with systems such as SAP, Qlik View, PowerBI, One Stream, or similar tools (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic organization with changing needs.
