Position: Credit Adjudicator Hybrid Role

We're filling two vacancies for a Credit Adjudicator role, requiring a minimum of three years of ALT A lending experience in the financial sector. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and be familiar with adjudication platforms, critical for reviewing mortgage credit submissions and handling broker inquiries professionally. This role emphasizes a member-first approach, active participation in management meetings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and adjudicate mortgage broker credit submissions

• Evaluate Alternative-A mortgage applications and renewals

• Monitor quality of credit submissions for accuracy

• Implement process improvements for operational efficiency

• Resolve broker inquiries and provide exceptional service

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field

• Minimum three years of ALT A lending experience

• Knowledge of credit policies and CMHC insurance

• Familiarity with adjudication platforms like Valeyo

• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
