Responsibilities
- Process mortgage applications and accompany them to successful completion.
- Conduct and support customer discussions, especially for complex financings.
- Contribute to the continuous development and optimisation of procedures and processes in the private customer mortgage business.
- Several years of professional experience in the mortgage business.
- University degree or higher vocational training.
- Enthusiasm for creating individual financing solutions for customers.
- Product, process and regulatory knowledge in real estate financing.
- Ability to link customer needs from different areas.
- Knowledge of the banking software Avaloq is an advantage.
- Work at a bank with a long tradition and a young, cheeky subsidiary.
- Opportunity to develop professionally or functionally with appropriate potential, performance, and interest.
