Summary

Kickstart your career as an Operational Risk Management Analyst. As an Analyst in our Operational Risk Management (ORM) team, you will be an integral part of our efforts to identify, analyse, and manage operational risks.

Responsibilities
  • Support and improve the periodic risk reporting of ORM by applying your PowerBI and AI skills and grow your operational risks knowledge.
  • Ensure data quality in our GRC system.
  • Support the monitoring and follow‑up on risk events by contributing to root‑cause analysis and the formulation of actionable improvement plans.
  • Execute reviews on control effectiveness testing done by the risk owners.
  • Participate in other ORM tasks, such as the maintenance of the policies and support the product review process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Power BI literacy, with the ability to analyse and present data.
  • Interest in financial services and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
Experience

No relevant working experience required. Fresh ideas and new perspectives are welcomed, whether you are starting your career or bringing 0–2 years of experience.
