Join Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) as a Vice President, Relationship Manager – Financial Sponsor Coverage in Amsterdam. In this role you will manage relationships with financial sponsors and specialist lenders across the Benelux and Nordic regions, driving product origination and cross‑sell of MUFG’s financing solutions.

• Provide relationship management for financial sponsors and specialist lenders in the Benelux and, where applicable, the Nordic region.
• Originate products and services for the Financial Institutions client portfolio.
• Identify and onboard new sponsors and lenders in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Drive cross‑sell of products with existing and new clients to increase product penetration.
• Supervise and manage direct reports efficiently.
• Contribute to product/service innovation and procedural simplification within the bank.

• Proven business development and relationship management experience with financial sponsors, structured finance providers, and specialist lenders.
• Experience as a product specialist in structured finance (subscription lines, NAV facilities, ABS transactions).
• University degree in a relevant discipline; qualifications or courses in structured finance or project finance preferred.
• Ability to manage complex transactions in credit‑ and infrastructure funds.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills for asset‑based structures.

• Gross salary based on experience and market standards.
