Supporting the Head of FP&A, the remote contract FP&A Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities while ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to provide insights for management decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, organize, validate, and maintain historical financial and operational data for FP&A reporting and models
- Prepare and maintain monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and cash‑flow projections, along with variance analyses
- Investigate material variances and prepare clear explanations for management and executive reporting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Two to five years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, or a related finance position
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash‑flow statements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis
- Ability to explain financial results and variances clearly to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders
