True Financial is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our high-volume inside sales team in Virginia Beach. This full-time role focuses on closing residential loans from warm inbound leads with no hunting for business.
You will evaluate borrower profiles, guide applicants through the initial application and pre-approval, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to close loans quickly. A current NMLS license and 1–2 years of experience are required.
