Position: Funding Representative in Hybrid Role
Join Coast Capital as a Funding Representative, working in a hybrid model from Surrey, BC. This full-time position focuses on supporting loan applications and client engagement.

In this six-month fixed-term role, you will verify and audit lease and loan documentation necessary for fund release. Your proactive communication will enhance the processing of financing requests, ensuring high-quality client service and internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits on loan documentation for funding approval

• Manage client inquiries and interface with internal teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders to complete credit submissions

• Generate and maintain client reports and documentation

• Offer timely follow-ups to address audit requirements

Requirements:

• At least one year’s experience in finance or leasing environment

• High School Diploma is mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Proven organizational and time management expertise

• Ability to adapt to changing workloads
