Top Hat is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to partner with executive leadership and own the consolidation process. You will translate complex numbers into actionable strategies and build scalable Three-Statement models in a fast-growing startup.
You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking while collaborating across teams to instill financial discipline without sacrificing speed. A CPA/CFA/MBA is a strong plus and 4+ years of relevant experience are required.
