Lend Sure Mortgage Corp. in Warwick, RI or Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Full-Time Non-QM Underwriter. You will render credit decisions, underwrite mortgage commitments, and verify documentation from Mortgage Brokers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of non-conforming mortgage underwriting and strong knowledge of RESPA, Reg B, Reg Z and related lending laws. Encompass, Salesforce and Excel proficiency is required, with collaboration and accuracy a must.
