2‑Year Finance Internship – Rotational Program

This 2‑year, year‑round finance internship is part of a 4‑month rotational program focused on six functional areas:
Credit and Collections & Financial Services, Demand Planning & Financial Planning and Analysis, Aftermarket & Used Equipment Pricing, New Product Development (NPD) & Global Procurement Supply Chain (GPSC), Accounting (General Ledger, Auditing, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable), and Cost Accounting. The program is designed to provide interns with broad experiences and exposure within Finance, allowing them to shape a foundational finance career while promoting cross‑functional understanding and career mobility.
Interns will receive a hybrid work schedule that includes in‑office and remote work to best fit each semester’s class schedule. Applicants must commit a minimum of 15 hours per week for two years during in‑session semesters and be on‑site in Hagerstown, MD. All candidates must have at least two years remaining in school prior to graduation.
Responsibilities / ImpactThroughout the rotations, interns will build business partnerships, gain financial acumen, and develop leadership skills through a variety of opportunities. Progressing into subsequent rotations, interns will strengthen their knowledge and acquire new, more complex proficiencies. Upon completion of the two‑year rotations, interns will accelerate their professional growth and develop a strong network across the company.
Minimum Qualifications- Student working toward a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 hours per week availability; on‑site in Hagerstown, MD.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be a Freshman, Sophomore, or rising Junior.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $37.00. The above range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by scope and responsibilities of the role, candidate experience, education, and skills, and equity among team members.
