Hightouch is seeking a GTM Strategic Finance Manager to own the economics of how we go to market. You’ll build models linking sales capacity, pipeline, and quota to ARR targets, and partner with senior leaders to ensure capacity and spend support growth.
You’ll own capacity, productivity, and pipeline forecasting in collaboration with Rev Ops and Finance. You’ll work with data teams and CRM systems to model CAC, LTV, and sales efficiency, translating findings into actionable strategies for board
