Position: Remote Regulatory Reporting Manager at KOHO
Drive regulatory excellence at KOHO as a Regulatory Reporting Manager, working remotely in Canada. Lead financial reporting and controls for regulatory submissions and audits.

As a Regulatory Reporting Manager at KOHO, you will report directly to the Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and operationalize KOHO Bank's regulatory reporting framework, ensuring precise and timely outputs. You will also support the accounting team during month-end close while ensuring compliance with regulations from OSFI and the Bank of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operationalize the regulatory reporting framework

• Prepare and submit key regulatory returns timely and accurately

• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations

• Partner with Finance, Credit Risk, and Operations teams

• Develop scalable processes and controls for audits

Requirements:

• CPA designation with 6+ years in regulatory reporting

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and compliance

• Proficient in Excel and financial systems

• Experience in evolving reporting processes

• Clear communication and coordination skills
