Role Description The Financial Services Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role supports advisors in delivering the Planning Experience (PX) by gathering client data, preparing financial analyses, and assembling plan documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client records, assisting with account opening and servicing requests, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring timely, accurate follow-up on client needs.

The Associate will help monitor client portfolios, prepare meeting materials, and respond to inquiries related to financial products and services. Additional tasks include contributing to process improvements, adhering to compliance and cybersecurity standards, and supporting a client-centric, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and support complex planning scenarios.
  • Knowledge of finance and financial services, including basic investment, insurance, and retirement concepts.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, advisors, and team members in a clear, professional manner.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and a commitment to safeguarding client information and firm systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or financial planning software; comfort learning new platforms.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, aligned with firm values and client-focused service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small-team environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a financial advisory, banking, or wealth management setting is beneficial but not required.
