Choice One Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage loans and grow the bank’s loan portfolio. You will interview applicants, collect documentation, and submit packets to the production office while maintaining client contact to clear stipulations and move toward closing.
The role involves soliciting realtors, builders, and partners to establish business relationships, plus marketing mortgage campaigns. Reports to VP Head of Loan Operations.
