Caribou is seeking a Senior Loan Advisor to help customers refinance auto loans from a remote/hybrid workspace in the US. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult on financing options, and guide customers through loan terms and protection products.
A proactive sales approach, exceptional service, and the ability to manage a large pipeline are essential. 2 years refinance experience required; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
