Manulife/John Hancock Retirement in the United States is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join Sponsor Support. You will manage complex data processing, read retirement plan documents, and ensure reports meet IRS requirements including nondiscrimination testing and RMDs.
You will collaborate with the Client Service Manager team and the ERISA Government & Reporting team to ensure accurate testing and timely delivery, while communicating with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders.
