Corporate Actions Processing Specialist

As a Corporate Actions Processing Specialist, you will play an essential role in our Trade Processing and Settlements team. This position focuses on timely management of client trades, transaction processing, and corporate actions support.

Primarily based in an office, you will ensure that all aspects of trade settlements are executed effectively while maintaining high-quality documentation. The job allows for flexibility with one work-from-home day each week, assuming team requirements are met, enabling a balanced work style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client trades, ensuring timely settlements

• Maintain and process corporate action-related documents

• Assist in transactions and reconcile discrepancies

• Record all relevant documentation thoroughly

• Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required

• Experience in financial services is preferred

• 2 years of relevant experience is advantageous

• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented with an adaptive approach
