As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the organization's financial operations. Your responsibilities include analyzing results, forecasting future trends, and collaborating with teams to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial results and develop actionable forecasts

• Identify and implement process improvements for compliance

• Prepare detailed presentations for stakeholders

• Facilitate month-end and year-end financial processes

• Support initiatives that optimize financial systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance

• Expert in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus

• Knowledgeable in ASPE and GAAP standards

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
