Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking a junior to mid-level CRE Loan Underwriter for a remote role in the United States, supporting a senior loan originator from intake through closing.
You will underwrite loans across major asset classes and help scale the platform. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years CRE underwriting experience, with CMBS underwriting background preferred, strong Excel modeling, and experience writing deal memos and credit submissions.
