Astra is a remote-first company hiring only within the U.S. We’re seeking a Payments Operations Analyst to keep money movement rails—ACH, RTP, Fed Now, and card networks—running smoothly, serving as the operational glue between Astra, sponsor banks, and clients.
You’ll monitor daily transactions, triage payment exceptions, run SQL against production data, and help scale sponsor bank relationships as volume grows, while documenting processes and supporting compliant, reliable settlements.
