Sr. Director of FP&A

Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000 + 30% Bonus + Sign-On Bonus

Location: San Antonio, TX | Hybrid

Relocation Required – Candidates must be willing to relocate to the San Antonio area. A relocation package is available.

This Sr. Director of FP&A opportunity offers the chance to join one of the nation's largest and most recognizable multi-unit consumer brands in a highly strategic finance leadership role. As the Sr. Director of FP&A, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to drive long-range planning, financial strategy, operational performance, and enterprise-wide decision-making across a large multi-site organization.

• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decision-making
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, business recommendations, and performance analysis
• Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and board-ready financial presentations
• Analyze revenue trends, labor, operating expenses, margins, and key business drivers across a large multi-site operation
• Lead strategic planning initiatives and support capital allocation decisions
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, systems, and financial analytics
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive business performance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including executive leadership
• Experience supporting large, multi-site organizations with 500+ locations is required
• Experience with in restaurant, hospitality, retail, consumer products, or other multi-unit operating environments strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing business strategy
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and ERP/reporting systems experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
