Near is seeking an FP&A Analyst who combines analytical strength with initiative. You’ll evaluate new CRE investment opportunities, perform underwriting and financial analysis, and gather market intelligence through outreach and research.
This role works directly with the owner and requires someone proactive, comfortable acting with minimal oversight, and confident speaking with external brokers and investors. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and English skills are essential.
