Salary Range: $21.97 to $32.96 hourly
SUMMARYWith the goal of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities this position, under moderate supervision and is responsible for member set up of requested Cash Management services. Provide member service and support for all Cash Management supported functions. This person requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

This position has no formal, direct supervisory responsibilities although will work with leaders and peers in the organization to drive results.

WORKING CONDITIONSThis position operates in a traditional office environment with standard business hours. Regular use of standard office equipment and extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer work may be required. This position requires working on-site during regular business hours. Regular interaction with coworkers, members, and/or management through both in-person and virtual communication platforms is required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus six months to one years’ related experience acquired in a credit union, bank, or other financial institution.
