AR Analyst with Workday​/CCC1 Experience

Enhance your career as an AR Analyst based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This 6-month term position will focus on streamlining AR processes within Workday and CCC1 systems.

As the AR Batching Analyst, you'll monitor various transactions and ensure that payment deposits are accurately reflected in both systems. You'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies, tracking missing payments, and ensuring thorough reconciliations for financial reporting. Your analytical skills will contribute significantly to monthly audits and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and resolve payment discrepancies in systems

• Collaborate with teams to identify and correct missing payments

• Conduct thorough reconciliations monthly and quarterly

• Monitor system integrations and resolve errors proactively

• Ensure accurate processing of refunds and negative transactions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

• Previous experience in receivables or accounting preferred

• Knowledge of Workday or CCC1 systems a plus

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work from home and on-site as needed
