Arizona Central Credit Union is seeking a Collections Specialist to research and resolve overdraft and negative balance accounts, process payments, and ensure timely recovery in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
You will negotiate settlements, handle agency payments, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and AML laws while delivering outstanding member service in a hybrid 8:45–5:45 schedule, with remote work after 3 months.
