Job Description & How to Apply Below
Thrivent Financial is a faith based, not for profit financial services organization serving approximately 2.6 million clients nationwide. As the nation’s largest fraternal benefit society, Thrivent exists to help people thrive—through financial solutions, community engagement, and support of Christian and nonprofit organizations.
Monarch Group is an independent financial services practice of Thrivent Financial. We take a comprehensive, client centered approach to helping individuals and families achieve multiple financial goals. Wealth Advisor Benjamin Koehlinger works closely with clients to analyze their current financial situation, develop in depth plans, and implement integrated financial strategies.
The Associate provides high‑quality client service and advice, as well as operational support to Benjamin Koehlinger and the Monarch Group. This role serves as the primary contact for assigned developing and emerging client relationships, while also supporting the advisor’s established and growth client base. Responsibilities are approximately evenly split between these two areas.
The Associate contributes to the firm’s long‑term growth by delivering consistent, compliant, and detail‑oriented service and advice, and by independently executing client requests, transactions, and day‑to‑day practice operations within established firm processes and licensing guidelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client‑focused, and professional, with strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, including support for required licensing and ongoing development.
This position is employed by and reports directly to Benjamin R. Koehlinger.
