Financial Analyst, Global Pricing (Remote/Hybrid)
Full Time, Poland
If you live in the Warsaw area, this will be a hybrid role working in-office 50% monthly. If you live in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, this will be a hybrid role working in-office at least one day per week.
Global Pricing is a commercially focused department which supports the Global sales and Commercial teams. As a Financial Analyst, you will prepare strategic pricing proposals for national, regional, and multinational new business tenders and retention/expansion efforts of the existing client base. You will work closely with regional finance teams, BCD partners, global pricing colleagues, sales and commercial development staff to create continuity throughout the process.
Responsibilities- Prepare financial models for prospective and existing clients, together with fee and profitability analysis
- Uphold pricing policies and procedures to ensure financial proposals are accurate, profitable, and designed in conjunction with overall company objectives
- Perform financial review and profitability analysis for distribution to senior executives
- Support and assist sales and sales development leadership in other financial and pricing related activities
- Ensure that the multi-national financial offering is submitted in the client’s required format to internal departments in time to meet the client’s deadlines.
- Develop creative and cost-effective plans to meet client objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field desirable (or equivalent experience)
- Highly proficient in Excel, prior knowledge of formulas and macros is a must
- Recognize and resolve crisis in a timely and professional manner
- Enjoys working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient at managing multiple projects and deadlines and working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
- Experience presenting information to non-financial managers and to senior executives and Board members is required

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Poland: 86, PLN
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
