As an owner-managed, mid-sized company specializing in satellite communications and space technology, we employ around 300 people across our locations in Germany, France, and Poland. With our own ground infrastructure, including the largest teleport in Germany, we have been developing and operating highly reliable satellite and data network communication solutions for government and industrial customers for over 45 years.

As a Group Controller (m/f/d), you are the central controlling partner for the Group. You consolidate financial information, monitor and analyze the Group's financial performance, and provide insightful reporting that enables informed management decision-making.

• Lead group controlling activities and provide a consolidated financial view across the entire Group
• Coordinate and consolidate group-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across all legal entities
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and decision-relevant financial insights while monitoring financial performance and identifying risks, trends, and significant deviations
• Further develop controlling standards, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks to ensure consistent financial steering across the Group
• Collaborate closely with local controlling teams, Accounting, and Finance Leadership to ensure integrated financial steering and decision support

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• 5–8 years of professional experience in controlling, financial planning, or group reporting
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance and management reporting
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in consolidating complex financial information and preparing management-oriented reports and insights
• Experience in developing and improving controlling processes, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks, as well as proficiency in ERP systems, modern controlling tools, and financial data analysis
• Strong communication skills, a structured and self-driven working style, and a high level of accuracy, ownership, and accountability
• Language requirements:
  German – C1, English – B2
