What You Will Do  This is a rare opportunity for a student to gather a meaningful experience in an exciting role within a top global Real Estate Asset Manager. You will support the team in national and international transaction processes and asset management duties.
What You Can Expect   Support underwriting of acquisitions, including development and management of financial models, market research, detailed property assessment and preparation of investment memoranda for internal and external investment committees
Support due diligence process and deal execution
Support initial deal analysis and review of new investment strategies
Supporting all aspects of asset management duties for properties under management in Italy
Interaction within professional in various departments across Europe
Assistance at cross-functional and international projects with the focus on independent handling and quality assurance on large data sets
Supporting the transaction processes, both for acquiring and disposing assets (can include quality assurance of data rooms, supporting the team with internal and external approval processes)
Close interaction and collaboration with professionals in the various departments, such as Transaction, Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance
Support our ESG specialists to realize the goal setting on GRESB results for our Real Estate Investment Funds
What You Will Bring   Master’s degree / ongoing Master studies
Relevant work experience based on other internships or as working student
Proficient analytical, technical and writing skills including very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (in particular strong Excel skills are advantageous )
Must have strong Italian & English fluency (written and verbal)
Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (in particular Excel)
Very high degree of analytical competence
Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects
Ability to function in a team-oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task on complex structures/deals with the ability to set priorities
