Affim is seeking a Bank Head of FP&A to help establish the Bank's finance function during its growth phase. Reporting to the Bank CFO, you will lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, shaping capital strategy and governance in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.
You will build a strategic finance team, partner with cross-functional leaders, monitor performance against forecasts, and translate complex analyses into clear executive narratives.
